David is a highly experienced Detective with a distinguished 30-year career.

He has been a Director of POC Management Ltd since 2011. POC is a UK based specialist security, intelligence and investigations business. He is also the Managing Director at Citadel (UK) Global Solutions LTD (CGS). 

David’s expertise in this field spans investigation of complex serious and organised crime and covert policing methodology. He has significant experience in the gathering of human intelligence in covert environments and the complex management of whistle-blower/sources.
He is a Level 3 Accredited Professional Investigator (ISO102000), an SIA licence holder and now providing specialist security solutions and investigation strategies, in support of restorative justice solutions for both criminal and private prosecutions, for employment law and anti-corruption activities.

David manages the day to day operations of PSM Security & Investigations alongside Craig Morris and our partners at POC Management Limited.
